By engaging with our specialist team of architects, engineers, M&E designers and landscape consulting partners at an early stage, Ashdown will take your project through the planning process, selling its vision to the local planning authority and smoothing the road to a consented scheme.
With a planning ticket in place, the team will progress the designs along the RIBA design stages to construction issue drawings, preparing the project to build. Oh yes, and don’t worry, we’ll get those pesky planning conditions resolved as well.
In the meantime, Ashdown will engage with our trusted subcontractor specialists to firm construction costs, value engineer the design and obtain the best build price for our clients.
Once our tender comparisons are completed, post tender interviews carried out and the best and most suitable subcontractor appointed for each trade discipline, the time has arrived to get boots on the ground and dig some holes.
This will be done under the supervision of an experienced and qualified site management team, who will ensure that the project is secure and safe, that the Health and Safety of operatives on site is at the heart of what we do to deliver a successful build.
Our team will coordinate with the design consultants and subcontractors to procure any of those tricky construction details required and ensure that building control and building warranty obligations are met, all the time keeping the build cost within budget and on programme.
