Our specialist team will ensure that every subcontractor has a site and trade specify scope of works and pricing document, that contractor’s proposals, employer’s requirements and contract terms are understood and adhered to.
On-site, our QS’s will undertake either bi-monthly or monthly valuations on the project in its entirety and trade-specific, making sure that funds are only released to reflect actual progress. We then ensure that payment certificates and invoices are issued correctly and paid on time.
